avatar from Google, which are used as the default nickname and
avatar within Chaimi.Users can update or modify this information at

require facial verification.Chaimi will use your facial data
exclusively for verification purposes and will not process it for
any other use.

User Content: When using Chaimi Services, you may submit various

messages, images, videos, and audio recordings. All content
uploaded, shared, or streamed through the app is considered "User
Content." Chaimi retains and processes this content and related data
to ensure compliance with applicable content regulations in all
relevant jurisdictions.

To maintain platform security and ensure lawful, compliant
operations, Chaimi may perform manual reviews of user content under
the following circumstances:

High-Risk Content Identification: When the system detects content,
involving Child Endangerment,sexualization of a minor,child sexual
abuse,threats, harassment, bullying or other violations expressly
prohibited by law;

Machine Review Dispute Scenarios: When the automated review system
determines that content poses a violation risk but requires manual
review;
Chaimi commits that the review process will strictly adhere to the
principle of data minimization, accessing only relevant data. For user
accounts confirmed through manual review to have engaged in
violations, Chaimi reserves the right to take disciplinary measures in
accordance with platform rules, the User Agreement, and applicable
laws and regulations (including but not limited to warnings, function
restrictions, and account suspension/banning).

fulfill our business purposes, including providing the services to
