Welcome! These Terms of Service (the "Terms") explain the rules that govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). While we've aimed to keep the language clear and user-friendly, some sections may still read like a traditional contract—because they are. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and AstraLink LLC ("Chaimi", "we", or "us"). Please read them carefully.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to your use of the app, as well as any information, text, graphics, videos, materials, data, or other content made available through the app or created by you while using features such as product sales or generating user-contributed content (as defined below).

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. It describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

The Service is owned and operated by AstraLink LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service. Your use of any part of the Service signifies your agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept all of them, you may not access or use the Service.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as granting rights or benefits to any third party.

1. Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Services. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Chaimi;
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

We may offer certain features or Services that have additional age restrictions, which will be clearly disclosed and must also be respected.

If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and that all licenses and permissions granted under these Terms apply to that entity as well.

Important Note: Chaimi does not independently verify users’ ages. By using the Services, you confirm the accuracy of the information you provide. If it is later determined that you misrepresented your age, Chaimi is not liable for any resulting use of the Services in violation of these Terms.

2. Rights We Grant You

Chaimi grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services. This license is granted solely for the purpose of allowing you to enjoy the features and functionality of the Services in accordance with these Terms and our applicable policies.

The Services may include software that is downloaded to your device. This software may update automatically to provide new features, improve performance, or enhance security. You may be able to manage automatic updates through your device settings.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Services, unless applicable law permits such actions or Chaimi has given you express written permission.

All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Chaimi and its licensors.

3. Rights You Grant Us

Some of our Services allow you to create, upload, post, send, receive, and store content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in the User Content. However, by submitting content through the Services, you grant Chaimi certain rights to use it, as described below.

3.1 General License

For all Services, you grant Chaimi, its affiliates, and its third-party partners a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, use, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, edit, publish, distribute, and otherwise make available your content. This license is granted solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, promoting, and improving the Services, and for research and development of new services.

3.2 Public or Crowd-Sourced Content ("Local")

For Services or features that are public in nature (such as Local or other crowd-sourced or publicly viewable services), the license you grant us is broader. In addition to the rights above, you also grant Chaimi a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to:

• Create derivative works from your content;
• Exhibit, broadcast, publicly perform, display, syndicate, and promote such content;
• Use your name, likeness, and any other identifying information included with such content, in any format or media now known or developed in the future.

You understand and agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation from Chaimi or its partners for any such use.

3.3 Content Monitoring and Responsibility

While we are not obligated to monitor or review your content, we reserve the right to access, screen, review, delete, or disable any content at any time and for any reason, including if we believe it violates these Terms. However, you remain solely responsible for the content you submit, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

3.4 Advertising

In exchange for your access to and use of the Services, you agree that Chaimi, its affiliates, and third-party partners may display advertising and other commercial content within the Services, including alongside your content.

3.5 Feedback

We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions. However, if you choose to provide any ideas or feedback, you agree that Chaimi is free to use them without any compensation to you.

3.6 Communications

By using the Services, you agree to receive emails, text messages, or other communications relating to the operation, management, or updates of the Services.

4. The Content of Others

Much of the content available through our Services is created by users, publishers, or other third parties. Whether shared publicly or privately, such content is the sole responsibility of the individual or entity that submitted it.

While Chaimi reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove content that violates these Terms, we do not actively review all content and are not responsible for any third-party content shared through the Services.

We aim to prevent misuse of the Services and prohibit content that violates our Terms. However, due to the volume and nature of user-generated content, we cannot guarantee that all content available on the Services will always comply with these Terms.

Chaimi does not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content, nor do we endorse any opinions expressed therein. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your reliance on user-submitted content is at your own risk;
• You waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable claims or remedies you may have against Chaimi in connection with such content.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information when you use our Services. By using the Services, you consent to Chaimi’s collection, use, and transfer of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to read the policy carefully.

6. Respecting Other People's Rights

Chaimi respects the rights of others, and you must do the same. Therefore, you may not upload, send, or store content that:

• Violates or infringes on another person’s publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• Bullying, harassing, intimidating, defaming, spamming, or soliciting Chaimi users;
• Is inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful to others, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, inaccurate, threatening, abusive, vulgar, offensive, obscene, pornographic, hateful, or promotes violence, discrimination, bigotry, racism, or hatred, as determined solely by Chaimi;
• Contains viruses, malware, time bombs, worms, cancelbots, Trojan horses, or other harmful code;
• Attempts to reverse lookup or trace information about other users or visitors, or otherwise obtain their information without permission;
• Attempts unauthorized access to any part of the Services, systems, or networks by hacking, password mining, or other illegitimate means;
• Uses automated means such as “deep-links,” “page-scraping,” robots, spiders, or other devices or processes to access, copy, monitor, or obtain data not expressly made available through the Services;
• Solicits or offers sexually explicit images, engages in activities harmful to minors, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You must also respect Chaimi’s rights. These Terms do not grant you the right to:

• Use Chaimi’s branding, logos, designs, photographs, videos, or other materials without permission;
• Copy, archive, download, upload, distribute, syndicate, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use any part of the Services or content except as expressly permitted;
• Use the Services or any content for commercial purposes without Chaimi’s consent.

In summary: You may only use the Services and their content as authorized by these Terms and must not assist others in unauthorized use.

Chaimi reserves the right (but is not obligated) to remove or refuse distribution of any user content that violates these Terms. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information we reasonably believe is necessary to:

• Comply with legal processes, laws, regulations, or government requests;
• Enforce these Terms, including investigating potential violations;
• Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues;
• Respond to user support requests and protect the rights, property, or safety of Chaimi, our users, and the public.

We are not liable for exercising or not exercising these rights.

By using the App or Services, you acknowledge you may encounter content that is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or otherwise inappropriate, including mislabeled or deceptive content. Chaimi disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, or damages resulting from your use of user-contributed content or other content on the Services.

7. Respecting Copyright

You agree that any User Contributed Content you upload, post, submit, or transmit through the Services:

1. Is content you have the lawful right to use, copy, distribute, transmit, or display; and
2. Does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or violate the privacy rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral rights, or rights of publicity.

Chaimi respects the legal rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Chaimi takes reasonable and prompt action to remove infringing materials from the Services once notified. If Chaimi becomes aware that a user repeatedly infringes copyrights, we will take reasonable steps to terminate that user’s account.

If you believe your copyright has been infringed on the Services, you may report it by filling out our copyright infringement form or by sending a notice to: chaimi.feedback@gmail.com

Your notice to our Copyright Agent must include:

• The physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or subject to infringing activity, along with sufficient information to locate it;
• Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement, made in good faith, that you believe the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

8. Safety

We strive to keep our Services safe for everyone, but we cannot guarantee complete safety. By using the Services, you agree to:

• Not use the Services for any illegal purpose or any use prohibited by these Terms;
• Not use any robots, spiders, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools or interfaces to access the Services or extract other users’ information;
• Not use or develop third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users’ content or information without our written consent;
• Not interfere with, disrupt, negatively impact, or prevent other users from fully enjoying the Services, nor damage, disable, overload, or impair the Services’ operation;
• Not access or attempt to access another user’s account, username, or password without permission;
• Not solicit login credentials from other users;
• Not post content containing pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, firearms or other weapons, or incitements to violence;
• Not upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise compromise the security of the Services;
• Not attempt to bypass any content filters we use or access unauthorized areas or features of the Services;
• Not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, systems, or networks;
• Not encourage or promote activities that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations of these rules, including intellectual property infringements and security breaches. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate these Terms.

You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor your access to and use of the Services to ensure compliance with these Terms or to comply with legal requirements.

Your safety matters to us. Please do not use the Services in any way that distracts you from obeying traffic or safety laws, and never put yourself or others at risk.

9. Your Account

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account. To help protect your account, choose a strong password that you do not use for any other service.

By using the Services, you agree that, besides exercising common sense:

• You will not create more than one account for yourself;
• You will not create a new account if your previous account has been disabled by us, unless you have our written permission;
• You will not buy, sell, rent, or lease access to your Chaimi account without our written consent;
• You will keep your password confidential and will not share it with others;
• You will not log in or attempt to access the Services using unauthorized third-party apps or clients.

10. Purchases and Payments

We offer various friend-making Services that you can purchase and use through the app. You do not own these Services; instead, you buy app gems or credits to access them. The price will always be clearly shown before you complete any purchase.

Chaimi does not process payments directly. All payments are handled by third-party providers such as Apple’s iOS Store, Google Play Store, or others. Depending on your location, these providers may charge applicable sales taxes. Please review their terms for details.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to any additional terms. Because you gain immediate access once you complete a purchase, you waive any rights under EU or other local laws to cancel or refund the purchase after completion. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT Chaimi IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

Some virtual products are single-use, while others allow repeated use—but “repeated” does not mean “unlimited.” We may modify, change, or remove virtual products at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you or any third party. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will lose access to any purchased products.

Managing your purchases is your responsibility. If you are under 18 (or below the legal age in your jurisdiction), you must have your parent or guardian’s consent before making any purchases.

Chaimi does not handle funds and is not a money services business. Any payment or financial features available through the Services are provided by unaffiliated third parties and subject to their own terms.

In-app purchases (IAP) are offered via platforms such as iTunes, Google Play, or other authorized app stores. When making an IAP, you will be prompted to enter your platform account details, and your platform account will be charged accordingly. Sales taxes may apply depending on your location.

11. Data Charges and Mobile Phones

You are responsible for any mobile fees or charges incurred while using our Services, including text messaging and data usage fees. If you are uncertain about these charges, please consult your mobile service provider before using the Services.

12. Third-Party Services

If you use any service, feature, or functionality operated by a third party and offered through our Services (including those jointly provided by Chaimi and a third party), the terms of that third party will govern your relationship with them. Chaimi is not responsible or liable for the third party’s terms, actions, or any outcomes under those terms.

Risk Perception and Data Collection

To help ensure account security and prevent fraud, we collect certain device and application information such as:

• Device details: Android system version, CPU architecture
• Application details: Package name and signature of this application

This data is used solely for risk control and anti-fraud purposes to protect user accounts and transactions.

13. Modifying the Services and Termination

We continuously improve and develop our Services, which means we may add, change, or remove features, products, or functionalities at any time, with or without prior notice. We may also suspend or discontinue the Services altogether.

Chaimi may terminate this Agreement with you at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. This includes stopping the provision of Services to you, imposing new restrictions, deactivating your account due to inactivity or misconduct, and reclaiming your username at any time.

14. Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chaimi, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your access to or use of the Services;
• Any content you provide; and
• Your violation of these Terms.

15. Disclaimers

We strive to keep the Services reliable, available, and free from disruptions, but we do not guarantee success.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While Chaimi aims to provide a good user experience, we do not warrant that:

• The Services will always be secure, error-free, or timely;
• The Services will always function without delays, interruptions, or defects;
• Any Chaimi content, user content, or information obtained through the Services will be accurate or up to date.

Chaimi is not responsible for any content created, uploaded, posted, sent, received, or stored by you, other users, or third parties through the Services. You acknowledge and agree that you may encounter content that is offensive, illegal, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, for which Chaimi bears no responsibility.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaimi and its managing members, shareholders, employees, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or multiple damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Services;
• The conduct or content of other users or third parties on or through the Services;
• Unauthorized access to, use, or alteration of your content,

even if Chaimi was advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Chaimi’s total liability for all claims related to the Services exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid Chaimi in the last 12 months, if any.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of these limitations may not apply to you.

17. Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration under its then-current rules. The arbitration venue shall be Hong Kong, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on all parties.

18. Choice of Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them, including tort claims, shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, except to the extent those laws are preempted by mandatory laws of Hong Kong, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

20. Additional Terms for Specific Services

Due to the variety of Services we offer, we may establish additional terms and conditions specific to certain Services. These additional terms will be provided alongside the relevant Services and will form part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

21. Final Terms

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chaimi and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
• These Terms do not create or grant any rights or benefits to any third party.
• Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
• We reserve all rights not explicitly granted to you in these Terms.
• You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
• These Terms are originally drafted in English. In case of any conflict between the English version and any translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
